1 / A spoon of salt

1/spoonful of sugar

2 tablets of fresh yeast 30g

1/cup of warm milk

1/3 cup oil

2 /eggs

4/cup of wheat flour

20/sausage cut in half for stuffing

1 .Em uma tigela dissolva  o fermento   O açúcar   até  virar uma mistura  liuquida  depois acrescente    leite  ovo óleo  e a farinha  de  trigo. 


2. Sove a massa  até  que fique  bem homogênea.


3.  Divide  a massa  em duas porções   iguais   e cubra  com um pano e deixe  descansando  por  30 minutos. 


4.  Com ajuda  de rolo  abre a massa   e corte em rodelas.


5.  Corte  a salsicha  ao meio e enrole_ na massa unte uma forma  com óleo  ou margarina   e pincele  os  enroladinho  com a gema.

Leve para assar  até dourar .

5. Cut the sausage in half and roll it in the dough, grease a pan with oil or margarine and brush the rolls with the egg yolk.
