  • Vegetable broth500 ml
  • Onion and garlic to taste
  • White wine100 ml
  • Parmesan cheese300 g
  1. Make the vegetable broth and set aside.
  2. In a pan fry the garlic and onion, and soon after add the arborio rice. From here you need to be stirring constantly
  3. Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
  4. After adding the vegetable broth, always stirring the rice. And so it will gradually incorporate all the broth into the rice.
  5. When it is very creamy, add the Parmesan cheese and mix evenly.
  6. Finish with parsley and grated cheese. serve hot
