- Arborio rice1 cup
- Vegetable broth4 cup
- Dry white wine100 ml
- Chopped Onion1/3 unit(s)
- Parma ham80 g
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup
- Burrata1 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
- Saute the onion in the oil, add half the chopped parma ham and the rice and sauté. Add the wine and wait for it to evaporate.
- Add salt and pepper. Gradually add the broth without stopping to stir the risotto.
- When the rice is al dente, add the butter and Parmesan cheese and mix well. Place the burrata in the center of the risotto, garnish with the remaining slices of parma and parsley to taste.
