  • Fettuccine Pasta150 g
  • Onion, diced1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Vegetable sausage1 unit(s)
  • Smoked Tofu50 g
  • Pitted and sliced black olives50 g
  • Vegetable butter1 tablespoon
  • Cashew Nut Cream200 ml
  • Grated vegetable mozzarella50 g
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Put the pasta to cook in boiling water and salt.
  2. Saute garlic and onion in butter.
  3. Add the finely chopped tofu, finely chopped sausage and olives, saute for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. If necessary, add more butter to the sauté.
  5. Add the chestnut cream, let it thicken just until it gets creamy, don't let it thicken.
  6. Turn off the heat and add the dough.
  7. Adjust salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with mozzarella or vegetable parmesan on top.
