Flaked Corn Flour2.5 cup
Egg2 unit(s)
Whole milk2.5 cup
Grated cured Minas cheese250 g
Chopped Onion1 cup
Sunflower oil2 tablespoon
Chopped parsley and chives3/4 cup
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Unsalted butter to taste

Unite a form with butter and a little corn flour. Reserve.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC and mix all the other ingredients in a bowl until you get a homogeneous dough.
Transfer the dough to the greased form and take it to the oven to bake for about 35-40 minutes or until it is dry (do the toothpick test).
Serve with grilled chicken thighs and drumsticks.
