Cooked PAPPARDELLI Noodles300 g
Filet mignon strips or other meat500 g
Gorgonzola cheese100 g
Sour cream200 g
Ricotta Cream200 g
Garlic and Onion to taste

In a frying pan, add the garlic and onion, to brown with oil.
Then add the fillet mignon strips, let it fry well
Meanwhile, prepare a sauce in another pan.
Add the gorgonzola cheese and let it melt, then add the cream and ricotta cream and bring to a boil.
Take the sauce and put it next to the meat, serve with noodles, but if you prefer you can serve with bread
