- Sausage300 g
- Red wine200 ml

- Carrot1 unit(s)

- Peeled Tomato500 g
- Paparelle400 g
- Parsley1 cup
- Parmesan50 g
- Sauté the onion, garlic, carrot in a drizzle of olive oil over low heat. Add the sausage without the skin and the ground meat and sauté well. Add the wine and the peeled tomato, cover with water and cook for at least 1 hour.
- While the bolognese is cooking, finely chop the parsley, mixing with the Parmesan and olive oil until a sauce is obtained.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the packing time.
- Assemble the dish with the pasta, bolognese on top and finish with the parsley sauce. Enjoy your food!
