  • Papardelle400 g
  • Filet mignon in strips300 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Gorgonzola80 g
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Salt, pepper and thyme to taste
  1. In a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the meat, season with salt and black pepper to taste, add the onion and brown.
  2. Enter with the gorgonzola and cream. Mix until it boils and the cheese dissolves completely.
  3. Cook the pasta only in salted water for the time indicated on the package. Remove from the cooking water and transfer directly to the sauce pan. Add a ladle of the cooking broth. If necessary, adjust salt and pepper. Finish with thyme sprigs.
