Pancakes with ground beef filling

Doure a cebola e o alho e acrescente a carne. Mexa bem e acrescente os temperos e a cenoura. Tampe a panela e abaixe o fogo para cozinhar. Adicione o extrato de tomate e um pouquinho de água. Deixe cozinhar mais um pouco, desligue o fogo e coloque o cheiro verde.

Para a massa, bata tudo no liquidificador.
