- Recipe
- Whole or semi-skimmed milk3/4 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat or almond flour1 cup
- Soybean oil or coconut oil1 teaspoon
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Sugar or xylitol sweetener2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Dwarf banana in slices to taste
- Chopped Strawberries to taste
- Blueberries to taste
- White cheese to taste
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- In a bowl beat the egg until frothy, add the milk and mix well.
- Add the flour little by little without stopping stirring with a fork or fouet.
- Add the sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt and oil and mix well until smooth.
- Finally add the baking powder and mix gently until the dough is smooth.
- Preheat a nonstick frying pan and place over low heat.
- With a ladle pour the dough into the frying pan
- Wait for some bubbles to form and with a spatula turn it over carefully, wait for it to brown and that's it. Repeat this process until you run out of dough.
- Put the stuffing you want like white cheese with banana, chopped strawberries and blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon powder
- Tip: Use whatever filling you want, it can be Nutella, peanut butter, honey or butter.... be creative đ
- If you want the salty recipe, don't add the sugar đ
