- Psyllium | 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon | to taste
- Sweetener (if needed) | to taste
- Banana | 1 unit(s)
- Zero calorie syrup | to taste
- Mix all the ingredients, except the syrup that will serve as a topping.
- Place in a non-stick skillet (if yours is not, I suggest greasing it with coconut oil or butter)
- Wait for holes to form in the pancake, then turn to the other side and wait for it to be ready.
