- Oat flour2 teaspoon
- Seasoning to taste
- Water50 ml
- Cheese40 mg
- Tomato sauce20 ml
- Stuffing to taste
- In a bowl, add a whole egg, August seasoning and 50 ml of water, beat and then add 2 tablespoons of oat flour
- Take the skillet greased with oil or olive oil, fry the dough until it looks like pancakes
- Stuff the dough with your chosen stuffing, roll the dough and take it to a glass pot preferably
- Brush optional tomato sauce over the pancakes, and grated or sliced cheese, and bake in the oven or air fryer for 200°c for 5 minutes
