No liquidificador adicione todos os ingredientes e bata até que vire uma massa homogênea. 

Em uma frigideira quente coloque uma concha de massa e deixe fritar até que solte da frigideira e vire o outro lado. 

Após fritar todas as massas, vamos começar a montar nossas panquecas. 

Pegue uma coloque recheio, você pode usar o de sua preferência, e enrole até ficar parecendo um charuto.

Depois de todas já enroladas, acomode suas panquecas numa forma ou tabuleiro cubra com bastante molho. 

Coloque queijo por cima e leva pro forno pra gratinar por uns 10 minutos ou até o queijo ficar douradinho.

In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until you get a homogeneous mass.

In a hot skillet place a ladle of dough and let it fry until it releases from the skillet and turns the other side.

After all are already rolled, accommodate your pancakes in a shape or tray cover with plenty of sauce.

Put cheese on top and take it to the oven to brown for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
