Ingredients

2 cups (tea) of wheat flour2 coffee spoon
2 cups (tea) of milk2 coffee spoon
3 eggs3 unit(s)
1 pinch of salt1 tablespoon

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
Then turn it off and, with a spoon, mix the flour that stuck to the blender cup.
Beat again just to mix and set aside.
Grease the skillet with a drizzle of oil and heat until hot.
With the help of a ladle, take a portion of dough and place it in the skillet, rotate the skillet to spread the dough well.
Lower the heat and let it brown underneath, then turn the other side and let it brown, repeat the process with all the dough.
