Para a massa, acrescente no liquidificador o leite, a água, a banha, o sal, os ovos, o orégano e a farinha de trigo (aos poucos). 

For the dough, add the milk, water, lard, salt, eggs, oregano and wheat flour (little by little) to the blender.

Em uma frigideira untada com um pouco de banha ou azeite, acrescente 2 conchas da massa. Depois de prontas, recheie elas da forma que preferir. Eu coloquei carne moída, presunto e queijo. Fiz a carne moída com alho, cebola, tempero baiano, sal, pimentão, coentro e cheiro verde. Depois, coloque na forma um pouco de molho de tomate e por cima parmesão ralado e leve-as para gratinar com o forno pré-aquecido a 180° ou na frigideira por 10 minutos até derreter o queijo.

In a skillet greased with a little lard or oil, add 2 ladles of the dough. Once ready, fill them the way you prefer. I put ground beef, ham and cheese. I made the ground beef with garlic, onion, Bahian seasoning, salt, pepper, coriander and parsley. Then, put some tomato sauce in the pan and grated parmesan on top and bake them in a preheated oven at 180° or in a frying pan for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
