- Milk1/2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the milk, oil, eggs, salt and flour.
- Heat a frying pan greased with oil or olive oil and place just portions of dough
- Let brown lightly on both sides. Use a spatula when turning.
- Repeat until the dough is finished.
- Stuff the pasta with the stuffing of your taste, roll up. Top with your favorite sauce, sprinkle with cheese if you like and serve.
