Wheat flour

Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador por 2 minutos 

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes

Em seguida desligue e com uma colher misture a farinha de trigo que grudou no copo do liquidificador

Then turn off and with a spoon mix the wheat flour that stuck to the blender cup

Bata novamente, só para misturar e reserve

Unte a frigideira com um fio de óleo e la vc ao fogo até  aquecer 


Grease the skillet with a drizzle of oil and put it on the fire until hot.


Abaixe o fogo e deixe dourar por baixo em seguida vire do outro lado e deixe dourar e repita o processo com toda a Massa
