  • Salt1/2 coffee spoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  1. To taste, here I made two flavors, one with brigadeiro filling and the other with cheese and ham. ⁣⁣ Put the milk, olive oil, salt and flour in a bowl gradually. ⁣⁣
  2. Mix with a spoon and then knead until you get a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes. ⁣
  3. ⁣⁣ Divide the dough into 4 parts, open each one with your hands in a circular shape. Place the disc of the dough in a frying pan and take it to medium fire until the bottom is golden. ⁣⁣ ⁣
  4. ⁣⁣ Turn the dough, turn the heat down, if it's salty, put the sauce and cover with the lid and leave until the cheese melts.
