- Butter1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- In a pot add the flour, butter, salt and stir everything.
- Add the water little by little the dough cannot be so soft, if it is add more flour. Add the yeast and stir.
- In a skillet greased with butter over low heat, add the dough and let it brown on both sides.
- Add the tomato sauce and the stuffing of your choice and with the help of a lid, let it heat up for a while, if you have mozzarella it will melt faster.
