  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  1. In a pot add the flour, butter, salt and stir everything.
  2. Add the water little by little the dough cannot be so soft, if it is add more flour. Add the yeast and stir.
  3. In a skillet greased with butter over low heat, add the dough and let it brown on both sides.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and the stuffing of your choice and with the help of a lid, let it heat up for a while, if you have mozzarella it will melt faster.
