  • Special wheat flour400 g
  • Turmeric2 coffee spoon

  • Dry white wine1 cup
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Bacon fried in cubes or slivers150 g
  • Olive oil70 ml
  • Fresh rosemary sprig1 unit(s)
  • Ripe tomatoes600 g
  • unsalted butter1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • warm milk700 ml
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
  1. Fresh pasta Make a volcano with 300 g of wheat flour. Gently mix the eggs with the turmeric and add to the middle of the volcano. With the help of a fork, mix the eggs and turmeric with the flour until obtaining a dense cream. Then start kneading with your hands until you get a smooth and uniform dough. Let rest for 30 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap. Reserve.

The sauce will be ready in 90 minutes.
  3. Bacon Just fry in strips and set aside.
  4. Bechamel Dissolve 100 g of flour in the butter until golden. Add the warm milk until you get a smooth cream. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Reserve.
  5. opening the dough After the dough rests, open and spread it out on a smooth surface, and with the help of a rolling pin, bottle or a cylinder, stretch the dough until you get a very thin layer. Cut the dough into slices that fit in your refractory. Once that's done, start to intercalate, sauce, pasta, béchamel and parmesan until reaching the top of the refractory. Top with bacon and parmesan. Bake at 180° until golden. Serve hot with plenty of parmesan! You will want to repeat the dose! So make lots of lasagna! 💥
