  • Wheat Flour500 g
  • Water350 ml
  • Salt10 g
  • Organic Baking Powder6 g
  1. Note: add the water little by little, depending on the flour, more or less water can be added. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until the dough is smooth. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  2. After resting, fold the dough over itself, 10x. And let it rest for 10 minutes. Repeat this process for 3 more times. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
  3. Shape the bread and place in an iron pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the dough with wheat flour and make a cut with a knife or a blade of bread.
  4. Heat the oven to 230 degrees. Place the pan with the lid closed in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and finish baking until golden. Remove from oven and let cool.
