leftover cooked white rice4 cup
Heavy cream2 can(s)
leftover shredded roast beef1 cup
diced carrot1 cup
drained peas1 can(s)
cream cheese8 tablespoon
grated mozzarella cheese8 tablespoon
grated provolone cheese8 tablespoon
chopped parsley2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese4 tablespoon
Breadcrumbs2 tablespoon
black pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix the rice, Heavy cream, meat, carrots, peas, cottage cheese, mozzarella, provolone, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix and spread in a refractory.
Sprinkle with the Parmesan and breadcrumbs mixed together.
Place in a preheated high oven for 15 minutes to brown. Serve immediately.
