- Mix the contents of the can of vegetable selection with the cooked rice, without taking it to the fire and set aside. Sauté the onion in the oil, add the chopped tomato, the shredded chicken breast and the 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a refractory, make a layer of rice, one of curd and one of sauce and repeat the same sequence again, ending with the last layer of rice. On the finished layers, spread the potato straw and grated cheese. Bake in a medium oven for a maximum of 15 minutes or in the microwave on high power for a maximum of 6 minutes.
