  1. For the dough, place the flour in a bowl, placing the cream and salt in the middle around it.
  2. Then mix everything by hand. And book.
  3. For the stuffing, take a pan, add oil and onion, frying it until golden. Then add the ground beef and salt. Cook until the meat changes color and it releases liquid, waiting to cook until dry.
  4. Then cut the pastry dough into triangles, as in the picture. Open the dough and add the ground meat made inside the pastel, and with a fork close the dough.
  5. Now grease a baking sheet, distribute the pastries and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 15 minutes. Then serve.
