- wheat flour3 cup
- margarine150 g
- egg1 unit(s)
- salt1 teaspoon
- vinegar1 tablespoon
- yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- warm water1 cup
- In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine, egg, salt and vinegar. Knead well until the dough obtains a homogeneous mass. Wrap the dough in cling film or plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin on a flat and floured surface, cut it into 20 pieces, distribute the filling, close the pastries and brush with the yolk. Bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 40 minutes.
