Wheat flour3 cup
Butter or margarine150 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Salt1 teaspoon
Vinegar1 tablespoon
Egg Yolk (for brushing)1 unit(s)
Warm water1 cup
Stuffing of your choice to taste

In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine, egg, salt and vinegar.
Knead well until the dough obtains a homogeneous mass.
Wrap the dough in cling film or plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with the rolling pin on a flat and floured surface, cut it into 20 pieces, distribute the filling, close the pastries and brush with the yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
