  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Butter or margarine150 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Egg Yolk (for brushing)1 unit(s)
  • Warm water1 cup
  • Stuffing of your choice to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine, egg, salt and vinegar.
  2. Knead well until the dough obtains a homogeneous mass.
  3. Wrap the dough in cling film or plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin on a flat and floured surface, cut it into 20 pieces, distribute the filling, close the pastries and brush with the yolk.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
