  • Oriental Bifum Noodles300 g
  • Contra Fillet or Chicken fillet in strips500 g
  • Green Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Leek1 unit(s)
  • grated ginger1 coffee spoon
  • Shoyu Sauce4 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Seasoning to taste
  1. In a pan, put the oil seasoned meat to taste and fry.
  2. In another pan, add a little more oil and all the vegetables and sauté them for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil the pasta water, turn off and soak the steak for 2 minutes just to soften, then drain and throw it cold to give the thermal shock.
  4. With the meat ready, add the vegetables plus a drizzle of olive oil and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and the bifum noodles.
  5. Mix everything and you're done!
