  • Melted butter120 ml
  • Orange juice with pomace1 cup
  • Orange zest to taste
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Orange juice to dip the cake1 cup
  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar until it becomes a lighter cream.
  2. Add the butter, orange and orange zest.
  3. Add the wheat flour and mix until a homogeneous mass.
  4. Add the yeast and mix.
  5. Unite the shape, put the dough and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 189 degrees for 35 min.
  6. Make holes in the cake, drizzle with the orange juice and wait 15 minutes to unmold.
