  • Organic Dry Yeast15 g
  • Sugar60 g
  • Oil60 ml
  • Water350 ml
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Cornmeal10 g
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Lemon juice3 unit(s)
  1. START WITH THE FILLING Season the raw ground beef with lemon, tomato, salt and seasonings to taste. Then transfer the stuffing to a sieve and let it drain.
  2. For the dough, mix all the ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Rest for 30 minutes.
  3. After the rest period, separate balls of the same size, each ball will be a sfiha.
  4. Also make a ball of ground beef. Use this ground beef ball to "sink" the ball of dough, press it well, and in the center, leaving a border of dough.
  5. Flour the form only cornmeal. Accommodate the esfihas and take it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until golden around the edges. Enjoy your food!!
