  • Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Warm Milk1/4 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Ham in Strips150 g
  • Shredded Mozzarella150 g
  1. In a blender, place the eggs, onion, oil, salt and beat them until a very homogeneous mixture is formed. Place the wheat in a basin and pour the blender mixture over it. Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and place it in the bowl.
  2. Knead the dough until it is smooth and free from your hands. Put the dough to rest for an hour. Open the dough and stuff it with ham and mozzarella and shape the dough into buns, place them in a greased mold and leave them a little apart from each other.
  3. Pass the yolk over the buns and splash the oregano and parsley. Let them rise in the mold for another 20 minutes. Bake them in an oven at 180°C until golden brown.
