  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • warm milk150 ml
  • Warm water150 ml
  • Oil90 ml
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a container, separate half of the wheat already mixed with the yeast.
  2. In the blender, beat all the ingredients until homogenized (except the wheat and the yeast)
  3. Then pour it into the wheat container and stir well, gradually adding the wheat and kneading the dough until it doesn't stick to your hands.
  4. Let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.
  5. Then model the breads and finally brush with the yolk and sprinkle with oregano.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden.
