- Salt to taste
- Margarine1 teaspoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- In a bowl, place the wheat flour, then place the eggs, margarine and parsley, sliced or chopped onion, as you prefer.
- Add the garlic and a little salt.
- Mix everything very well and finally add the sausage.
- Heat a frying pan with oil, then just fry (it's delicious).
