- Oat flour or rolled oats1 cup
- Corn Friend1 tablespoon
- Milk1 cup
- Water1/3 cup
- Chopped raw carrots1/2 cup
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Shredded chicken breast2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Beat well, all the ingredients, in the blender, and make the pancake discs in a non-stick frying pan.
- Saute the chopped onion in oil well. Add the chicken and the cheese. Stir well, adjust salt and pepper. Stuff the pancakes, arrange in a refractory and top with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve. You can use other fillings for this pancake dough: cheese and ham, leftover meat, ricotta with spinach...
