- Sugar or culinary sweetener1 cup
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Cornmeal2 cup
- Flaked oats (¤)4 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Guava in pieces1 cup
- Shredded semi-cured cheese1 cup
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the coconut oil, coconut milk, cornmeal and oatmeal and stir well.
- Finally, add the yeast and mix just to incorporate.
- Pour the dough into a buttered and cornmeal-greased baking dish.
- Distribute the pieces of guava paste over the dough and, on top, place the grated cheese (*)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes or until completely cooked.
- (*) Step 5 is optional if you can't eat too sweet cake
- (¤) you can replace the rolled oats with 2 tablespoons of oat bran or oat flour
