Misture tudo muito bem e espera dois minutos ou até a aveia hidratar.
Espalhe em um refratário, coloca no forno a 180G por 5 min, depois fure com garfo ou palito para verificar se está assada.
Espalhe o molho de tomate( preferência caseiro).
Adicione o recheio de sua preferência.


Mix everything very well and wait two minutes or until the oatmeal hydrates.
Spread it in a refractory, put it in the oven at 180G for 5 min, then pierce it with a fork or toothpick to check if it's baked.
Spread the tomato sauce (preferably homemade).
Add your favorite filling.
