600 kg of Wheat Flour| 50 g more to use in kneading | 1/2 cup of Olive Oil here I use @azeitegallo | Yeast for bread 🍞 10 g |A pinch of salt to taste| 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar to taste| Water or slightly warm milk | 1 tablespoon of turmeric | 2 spoons of flaxseed |1 spoon of chia |2 spoons of oats.

☆Modo de fazer☆

 uma vasilha coloque
A farinha 
O sal 
O fermento 10g
A curcuma (açafrão da terra)
A linhaça
A chia
A aveia 
E reserve 

Bata no liquidificador
O açúcar.
O leite ou água levemente morna.

🔅Misture aos ingredientes  reservado com o auxílio de uma colher de pau por 5 minutos em media.

Depois coloque em cima de uma mesa enfarinhada e sove em media por 5 minutos
Deixe descansar por 12 minutos 
corte em 2 pedaços 
Abra amssa com um rolo enrole levemente bem enrolada com delicadeza.
Coloque numa forma untada e enfarinhada 
Espere dobrar de tamanho e ponha no forno pré aquecido a 180°C para assar em media 30 min 

Obs o tempo depende do seu forno , portanto qdo chegar o tempo descrito na receita fique atenta 😉

Blend in blender
The sugar.
Milk or slightly warm water.

🔅 Mix with the reserved ingredients with the help of a wooden spoon for 5 minutes on average.

Then place on a floured table and knead on medium for 5 minutes.
Let it rest for 12 minutes
cut into 2 pieces
Open the dough with a rolling pin, roll it up tightly and gently roll it.
Place in a greased and floured form.
Wait for it to double in size and put it in the oven preheated to 180°C to bake in average 30 min.
