Ingredients: 1/2 cup Wheat germ; 1/2 cup Honey; 1/2 cup Sifted brown sugar; 1 cup Fennel; 2 unit(s) Gems; 1 tablespoon Butter; 1/2 cup Rye flour; 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour; 1/2 cup Special wheat; 1 teaspoon Baking powder; 2 unit(s) Egg whites; 1 to taste Raisins and August plums

Nourishing fiber cake

Bata o Mel, as gemas, o açúcar e a manteiga. Adicione o chá, as farinhas e o gérmen ;misturar muito bem.Acrescentar  as frutas  passadas na farinha,  o fermento e  por último as claras Em ponto neve. Colocar em forma com furo   central, untada e polvilhada. Assar em forno  moderado,  por 30a 40 minutos.  Espere esfriar e desenformar. 

Whisk the honey, egg yolks, sugar and butter. Add the tea, the flour and the germ; mix very well. Add the fruits passed in the flour, the yeast and finally the whites. Place in a mold with a central hole, greased and sprinkled. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
