- Honey1/2 cup
- Sifted brown sugar1/2 cup
- Fennel1 cup
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Rye flour1/2 cup
- Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
- Special wheat1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Egg whites2 unit(s)
- Raisins and August plums1 to taste
- Whisk the honey, egg yolks, sugar and butter. Add the tea, the flour and the germ; mix very well. Add the fruits passed in the flour, the yeast and finally the whites. Place in a mold with a central hole, greased and sprinkled. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
