- Start by cutting all the ears of corn with the help of a knife to remove the kernels.
- When all the corn kernels are available, take half of the corn to the blender, and add the milk, beat for 4 minutes, in a bowl with a sieve to strain, pass all the corn from the blender through the sieve to strain, and reserve the liquid liquid from the bowl.
- The other half of the corn that was left, take it again to the blender and this time add the coconut milk and beat everything for 4 minutes, again and sieve into the other mixture that is reserved.
- Pour all liquid into a pan, add, salt, condensed milk, grated coconut mix everything.
- Take it to the medium fire without stopping to stir to enpolar, when it thickens and starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan, about 12 minutes, it's ready.
- Turn off the fire, transfer to a refractory to cool then just serve if you prefer sprinkle cinnamon powder on top when the hominy is still hot.
