- Pepperoni2 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
- Chimichurri to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Cook the macaroni and set aside. In another pan add the oil, the pepperoni chopped into slices and fry well. Add onion, crushed garlic and fry a little more and add the pepper and tomato. Sauté well and add the tomato paste with a little water. Add the chimichurri, adjust the salt and add the pasta to the sauce. Remember to always wash the pasta as soon as it comes out of the pan to cut its doneness.
