- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cook the pasta with water and salt.
- Saute garlic in butter and add carrots until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and place the pasta on the carrot with the pan still on the fire. Mix and serve while still hot.
