- Chicken fillet500 g
- Salt and paprika to taste
- Oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Milk200 ml
- In a pan, add the diced chicken, salt, paprika, the vegetables described (or your preference), oil or olive oil. Add 2 cups of water and put it on the fire to cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Meanwhile, in another pan, put water to boil, add a pinch of salt, as soon as it boils, add the 2 packages of noodles. Leave for 3 minutes or until fully cooked, turn off the heat and set aside.
- Finally, make sure the chicken is cooked, turn off the heat. If you prefer, you can shred the chicken (according to your taste). Completely pour the pasta water. In the chicken pan, turn on the heat, add the milk and stir for 1 minute. Add the pasta and stir until the ingredients are fully mixed. Okay, your noodles are ready to serve.
