Pasta of your choice

While the pasta is cooking, cut the bacon into small cubes.

Em uma frigideira frite os bacon e reserve.

In a skillet, fry the bacon and set aside.

Quando o macarrão estiver cozido, escorra bem a água e passe para um recipiente.

When the pasta is cooked, drain the water and transfer to a bowl.

Misture com o bacon, o milho, a cebola o coentro, azeite e acerte o sal e tá pronto.

Mix with the bacon, corn, onion, cilantro, olive oil and adjust the salt and it's ready.
