Crushed garlic to taste
Chopped Onion to taste
Salt to taste
Ground beef200 g
Tie Noodles500 g
Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Oil to taste

Add the garlic, onion and ground beef to the pressure cooker, fry everything very well.
Add the tomato sauce, the cream and the salt with the fire still on, add the pasta and water until it covers the ingredients, mix everything.
Cover the pressure cooker, as soon as the pot starts to beep, count 5 minutes, Turn off the heat and let the pressure come out on its own.
If you prefer finish with mozzarella cheese on top, it looks wonderful.
