- Mozzarella1 cup
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
- Water600 ml
- Parsley to taste
- Sauté the first 5 ingredients, removing the pasta.
- Add sauces, water and seasonings.
- Mix the cream and add the raw pasta.
- Leave on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Add the mozzarella and mix until melted.
