- Spaghetti Pasta500 g
- Ham400 g
- Mozzarella500 g
- Tomato Sauce to taste
- Cottage cheese or catupiry to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cook the spaghetti, when it is done, drain and let it cool.
- In a greased form with a drizzle of olive oil and a thin layer of tomato sauce.
- In a flat dish or a board, and make a “walk” made of a slice of ham and a slice of mozzarella, spread a spoonful of cream cheese on top, center a quantity of pasta, and make a roll.
- Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
- Cover with a slice of mozzarella, splash oregano and take it to gratin.
- Help yourself.
