Numa bancada, coloque a farinha e faça um buraco no centro, junte os ovos e o sal, vá colocando a água aos poucos e sovando a massa por uns 10 minutos, deixe descansar por alguns minutos. Abra a massa, se não tiver cilindro, use o rolo e vá cortando as tirinhas da largura que você desejar. Use o fubá para enfarinhar para não deixar grudar. Numa panela coloque água, uma pitada de sal e um fio de azeite, deixe ferver e cozinhe a massa, quando ela subir já está cozida (+ ou - 05 minutos) . Faça o molho de sua preferência, eu fiz à bolonhesa. E só usar a criatividade e degustar essa delícia.
