- Ground beef200 g
- Cream cheese250 g
- Pepperoni sausage cut into cubes01 unit(s)

- Boiling water500 ml
- Oregano0 to taste

- Sauté the onion and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil, add the ground beef, and stir until the meat is golden, add the tomato sauce and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Place the sauce in the refractory, distribute the noodle nest, then stuffing with cheese (use only half in this step), the pepperoni, cover up to the top with the curd, on top cover with the other half of the cheese platter , put oregano on top.
- Bring the water to a boil, so that it comes into contact with all the noodle nests.
- Cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the preheated oven at 180° for 40 min, in the last 10 min remove the foil to brown the cheese.
