Once this is done, place the part that was left with you in a large container, mix the ingredients again in the order they appear in the recipe, mix until everything is completely dissolved, cover with a clean white dish towel, let it rest for about 4 hours. or until the flour is floating with bubbles and well fermented, divide this liquid into two equal parts, one part will be the bait and will be kept in the fridge until the day to make another bread, the other half you will make now your favorite bread recipe.
