  • Warm Water2 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Natural Yogurt2 tablespoon
  • Melted margarine2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. In a small bowl, place the sugar, yeast and warm water, mix well.
  2. When it starts to bubble, add the yogurt and margarine. Reserve.
  3. In a large bowl, place the flour and salt, mix well.
  4. Make a hole in the middle and add the previously reserved mixture.
  5. Knead the dough well
  6. If necessary, add water little by little.
  7. When the dough is homogeneous and smooth, open it on a bench.
  8. Cut out discs with a glass.
  9. Place the disks of dough in a hot skillet.
  10. When golden on one side, turn to the other.
